"I knew I wanted someone to help with day-of coordination (i.e. timeline, logistics, & decor setup) since I wanted my family to enjoy the day and didn’t any of them having to do that. My mom is old school and didn’t understand the need to spend $ on a day of coordinator. However, when our venue coordinator changed during our 2 years of planning (thanks COVID) and communication became more difficult, my mom quickly realized what a godsend Amy was. She'd always seem to know when to intervene in emails regarding timelines and took so much of that communication off my plate. Amy was a great sounding board and isn’t phased by anything.
